Dan was no stranger to Uniquity when he joined in June 2021, having worked here as an intern in his student days. With a knack for translating client needs into striking and effective visuals, we were pleased to welcome him back!
After achieving a first-class graphic design degree from the University of West England, Dan was headhunted by a market research company in London to be their inaugural designer. Over those three years, Dan blended data visualisation with creative design, including photography, video editing and animations, while also undertaking client-facing work for brands such as O2, M&S,
Barclays and John Lewis. Having cut his teeth there – embedding a new role within the business while working on different creative projects – he came along to Uniquity to do the same for us as our first full-time, in-house designer.
Dan has a particular flair for branding, finding the process and strategy of building brands as
interesting as the design element. He particularly enjoys working towards encapsulating everything a brand stands for through logos, colours, type, icons, imagery and other visual cues. With his experience in data visualisation and infographics design, and talent for type, layout and editorial designs, he’s fully equipped to service the wide-ranging and diverse creative needs of Uniquity’s clients.
