When Bhav and Andy founded Evolution, it was because they wanted to do things differently. For them, it was paramount to build life-long partnerships that are built on trust and integrity. And a business that’s grounded in ethical and sustainable values. And that’s exactly what they’ve done. From the early days when it was just the two of them, they’ve seen their business go from strength to strength – and now have offices in Harrow, Acton and Teddington, with more on the horizon.

Brief

Evolution knew their logo and website no longer represented the business they’d established. They asked for our help to create a strong new brand identity. One that encapsulated their ethos and demonstrated how their clients are at the heart of everything they do. And crucially, they wanted us to bring their three words to the fore: Ethical, Progressive and Professional. Once created, the plan was to roll out the new brand across all of their marketing materials.

To Performance

At the very start of our journey with Bhav and Andy, we worked closely with them to understand the essence of their business, the things that are most important to them and how they want to be perceived. Their three words – Ethical, Progressive and Professional – formed the bedrock of our work together.

Taking that as our inspiration, we created a brand that is bold, confident and eminently contemporary – but not lacking any of the gravitas their business deserves. Their three words were incorporated into the logo and a palette of green and gold, colours not usually associated with financial services, to give it a distinctive edge.

Next on our tick list was to design, write and build a new website. We blended vibrant, people-centred images with a tone of voice that went hand-in-hand with Evolution’s caring, easy-to-work-with manner. The result was a website that Bhav and Andy feel totally sums up the way they work.

To complete the transformation, the new look and feel was extended to a stunning brochure, as well as across all social channels and email signatures. Now, Evolution has a newbrand to be proud of – and one that will take them full steam ahead into the future.
